It's an Anglerfish, like in Finding Nemo. Fish are attracted to its "flashing light" and before they know it they are devoured. It's a pretty cool metaphor for the initial allure of fame and the paparazzi which turns into a destructive force in the end (think of the Britney Spears episode of South Park where they take pictures of her until she dies).
