  • This video has been immensely helpful in my cue ball control/position. Your videos are all extremely helpful.. i guess i feel that way because i think of shot making all in terms of physics, and your explanations are all based on the science of billiards.

One thing i thought when watching this video, however, was that when visualizing the trajectory for the near/full draw shot you should have pivoted your hand towards the direction of the actual deflection. made it a little bit more confusing.

  • Check out my recently-posted VEPS videos on this topic. They present things more clearly, and in more detail.

  • V sign to you too...lol

Just kidding - joke was just staring me in the face literally about the 3 min mark.

  • I know I should be careful which way I point my V-sign. Not everybody in the world sees this as a sign of peace. In America, we are lazy and just use one finger (the middle one) when we are "unhappy with an individual."

Regards and peace from this side of the pond,

  • Thank you, thank you, and thank you again. I have been trying to figure this out or look it up for several weeks. I have been working on the wagon wheel system for verticle strokes with a pocket reducer, but I needed this trisect system.

  • You're welcome, you're welcome, you're welcome.

Please help spread the word about my stuff.

  • I watch and love all your videos Dr. Dave. Really good stuff and very educational, it shows that you are a professor. Nice room there too.

  • Thanks! The "room" is my basement. I love the stone walls. It also stays nice a cool in the summer.

    Thanks.

  • FYI, I also have lots of related article and links to other videos under "position control" in the FAQ section of my website.
