Well, it is something like a modded savegame where you can tune every car.

I don't know how it exactly works but you can modify the savegame on pc and then use it on the ps1. Or you just download a modded savegame.

great job man..i had tuned a "used" supra and managed 424 km/h but it had 880hps.if i remember this supra had 680hps but that 7th gear is really powerful on top speeds.you must have wasted many hours testing on different gearbox regulations,right?it costed me 2-3 days to reach 424km/h with the used supra!

@Lancer265 my GTO reached 414 kmph and there are some movies with 423 on the speedometer... so they are almost as fast as Supra. But they need a lot of tweeking. 7th gear is great, you can see that if the track was longer it could go even faster.

There are tow versions on GT1. The white one - that you buy, and the black one which you can unlock.

Weird, I was just thinking about this today, but there were 4 versions of this car. The Red & Green pattern on white (Pretty much the trademark GT car), Red & Green pattern on Black (In this vid) and there's Red & Blue on white and Red & Blue on black.
