@olf1997 I don't think the album version of this one is too bad actually. It's Everybody's on the Run that annoys me the most. I like the fleshing out of the track, but Noels vocal performance simply does not compare with the emotion he was able to convey in the soundcheck version.

Noel has always been in the shadow of Johnny Marr (in his own mind). He's a good guitarist and a funny guy but get real - not legendary - oasis caught the imagination of the british public, but they're no stones or beatles. just my opinion

I love Andy, Gem, and Chris. But you have to admit, Liam tries to make it all about him. Though that said and forgetting whose in it. Andy Gem and Chris have all stated in interviews that they feel more free with Liam rather than Noel, Because Noel wanted everything done his way, or the highway. I love pretty much all Beady Eye tunes, as do many. To each his own I guess.
@phantom51red I think if Liam put in more effort he could kick out an album with songs of greatness like Born On A Different Cloud, I'm Outta Time,GGTIA...I assume he is just trying to make something catchy. That basically means its nice to listen to but it has no depth. The Morning Son and Wigwam are the only tunes with even a little depth on the album. But they are way to long. If they were just 3-4 minutes, they would have been a mega hit imo.
@elephantstone24 If you had actually looked at BDI from a neutral perspective, you would have seen that it had the best Liam vocals since SOTSOG. Liam has worked really hard on his voice to improve and he has admitted than in recent years he had been crap but he has really improved from the HC-DBBT days. Give respect where its due.

@gurudev91 I have a feeling though that their next album will be more modern and more like Oasis. That is certainly not a bad thing. It will be more like Noels High Flying Birds. DGSS was making a strong statement, that they really were different. Now they have proved it and will continue on with bigger, better more modern songs. I find it ironic that Noels next album will be more experimental much like DGSS was. Except with Noel it will be way experimental. Can't wait for both.

And the songs Beatles and Stones rips the bass line off of My generation from the Who so much, though it too is alright. Then the rest sound like rejected beatles tunes. Like the leads in the roller.

@dragonnight812 Liam isnt like he used to be. He has really matured alot since the breakup of Oasis. Andy Gem and Chris have all stated in interviews that they feel more free with Liam rather than Noel, Because Noel wanted everything done his way, or the highway. Liam just talks alot of shit because thats his personality. One thing I respect about him though is that when he talks shit he means it unlike many people. I love pretty much all Beady Eye tunes, as do many. To each his own I guess.

@phantom51red I think if Liam put in more effort he could kick out an album with songs of greatness like Born On A Different Cloud, I'm Outta Time,GGTIA...I assume he is just trying to make something catchy. That basically means its nice to listen to but it has no depth. The Morning Son and Wigwam are the only tunes with even a little depth on the album. But they are way to long. If they were just 3-4 minutes, they would have been a mega hit imo.

@elephantstone24 If you had actually looked at BDI from a neutral perspective, you would have seen that it had the best Liam vocals since SOTSOG. Liam has worked really hard on his voice to improve and he has admitted than in recent years he had been crap but he has really improved from the HC-DBBT days. Give respect where its due.

@fxsaberboy Completely agree. DGSS is not an out of this world album but it was better than most were expecting. The BDI B sides were excellent as well. Noel fanboys will always say they are shite when they are not and those people have probably not even heard the album.

@gurudev91 I have a feeling though that their next album will be more modern and more like Oasis. That is certainly not a bad thing. It will be more like Noels High Flying Birds. DGSS was making a strong statement, that they really were different. Now they have proved it and will continue on with bigger, better more modern songs. I find it ironic that Noels next album will be more experimental much like DGSS was. Except with Noel it will be way experimental. Can't wait for both.

@fxsaberboy yeah.. totally agree with you.. but liam destroys every band.. which is very sad.. yesterday i went to a concert of beady eye and Liam decided after leting the audience wait for 45 min and playing only 2 songs.. that his "voice" couldnt handle it.. even though his voice was totally fine.. he was only pissed.. dunno why.. he doesnt give a fuck about his fans ..

@IF1R3F0XI Liam does not ruin every band. He has laryngitis for one. After singing for 9 months straight, your disease might be acting up too. 2, he alone did not break up Oasis. Noel is just as much to blame. At least Liam isn't the one getting caught in lies and publicly apologizing about lying. Liam loves his fans, always has. Not every one is perfect and even the great Beatles in their time missed a few shows because of different reasons. Noel has quit the band several times, Liam never has.
