Workout 1 3 Rounds 10 C&J 60/40kg; 15 Ring Dips; 20 KB Swings 24/16kg Workout 2 21-15-9Reps Burpee, Pull Ups, 400m Row luv your work mate! and good luck in the games althuough you better watch us Aussies ;-)
