I'm gonna call that a LONG light B. Now that they use those camera things to moderate traffic, I guess the wind couls spin

It's better than it used to be. Before the LED lights were installed a few years back, the light took longer than it does now to change.

This intersection doesn't have those cameras that monitor traffic.
