Well if you want to sound EXACTLY like them do this: Put your hand at the top of your guitar now llok at the silver bars and go down to the 5th square. Your hand should be below the guitar so move your finger up 4 and hold that one and the one below it. Strum every string. With your fingers in the same position, Slide you hand 3 squares and strum them all again. Slide 2 squares and strum. Repeat but this time on the last part instead of sliding 2 squares and strumming slide your hand 3 squares

You have terrible technique and suck at music right now. You shoudn't be teaching guitar. And those notes you played aren't chords. And you played it in the wrong key, and you didn't even play it right in the first place. It's played on the open d and g strings and then barred at the 3rd, 5th, and 6th, in the right order of course. Spend less time teaching and more time practicing.

you may want to try power chords they are easy enuff for starters.open 5th & 4th string then 5th string 3rd fret with pinky on 4th string 5th fret. same chord progressin just keep fingers with a fret between them. so open 3rd ,5th-open 3, 6, 5-open3,5,5,3,-open try ull like it really ez
