no trick its the same as a skateboard just that you need more balls i think... placement of the board is very improtant though so practice dropping in or gutters or steps you will pick up the first part of dropping in then move on to a small ramp we started off on a 2ft ramp took a couple of goes then we just stepped up an up now we cant find anything we wouldnt drop in
