Giving homosexuals the right to marriage, is just not special rights to me. I mean, there was records dating throughout history that men and women were known to have homosexual conduct with other men. How is it a defect?

Now, polygymy, back in the pre-industrial era women would be married off as soon as they got their period (around mid-teens). They had no say who to marry or what they were getting into. They took away that right because it infringed the rights of women, giving them miserable lives to be baring children every year, then being a mom.

I would have voted for it if I were registered at the time. All it does is push discrimination onto smaller minorities. I would be a little more sympathetic to it if the gays were a little more honest in their arguments. Equal rights? they have equal rights, they wanted additional rights. All the ones I've talked to were against polygamy; so much for marriage is about love.
The government should be involved in marriage. I'd vote to end marriage, but not to further the problem with gay marriage.

Special Olympics are for the disabled. Wedding ceremonies go back a lot further than Jebus, much further than Hebrews, and have even been simply a part of national tradition, as it is TODAY.
