I got 8 V-picks this week, and like something about EACH one! I will also try some of the Premium picks such as Diamond, Snake, Dimension etc. For me, these picks feel so good in my hand that I don't wanna put them down! I was going to try some Red Bear picks also, but now don't see the need for that.
hey vinnie, im a straight up shredder. yes im good with chords an stuff but what i do most is play fast, really fast. what v pick is best for me and whats the price? and will the change of picks be uncomfortable for me? im using big stubbys at the moment
@TheConnord12 If you care a lot about the tone, the Screamer sounds the best with a lot of distortion as well at clean. Its very scooped mids but also deep lows and fantastic highs and good for sweep picking as well. So my vote is the Screamer
Ol' Vinnie can PLAY some guitar, now. I just plunked down $18 w/shipping on three freakin' guitar picks for my band to try out. If these things suck, YOU'RE GONNA HEAR ABOUT IT!!!
With that in mind, I'm looking forward to ripping with the small pointed.
if ur a pick expert i was wondering if u knew anything about the jellifish pick. and well maybe how to use it. its got a cool design and makes amazing tones!!!
Hey Vinni, what V-Pick is the same size as Dunlop Jazz III XL? (medium pointed/large pointed)

The Screamer, Small Pointed and the Dimension are excellent picks for Shredding.
Hope this helps,

What are the differences between the screamer and the medium pointed?

The Screamer has a much sharper bevel and the points are sharper as well.

Superb pick. Just uploaded a vid playing an acdc style solo with the Screamer. Shows off the biting tone well. :)

The tone is not in the pick... it's in the fingers, dammit.
