. Eventually this will be smarter than any human is capable of being with out integration of cyborg sort of like all the great minds together working faster than any human. So can help so many fields in the world and countries problem’s this will work. The faster we do this better off human kind will be also want something to prevent World War 3 this is the right way to do it also might be the only way.

Operations with very high level of detail in humans and animals that humans are not able to approach. Until we are able to integrate computers and humans together in a beneficial way. Also the computer could be able to make it self even smarter on it's own to help us then after it does that could make itself almost infinitely smarter.

I look at it this bring it up till the computer starts to make it self. Take money from China Russia Europe and America and all other countries to link us together as species human's that’s what we are all other countries most understand this will change the world. The faster we do this the better off human kind will be. Medical field this could be the way people get what they need from surgery to medicine also sociology to keep people together and a happy society.

A very interesting talk.

If I haven't missed anything he raises two important points:

1) The meaning of words and concepts should not be grounded - i.e. if a human tried to assign a set meaning to something, he'd invariably limit the understanding potential of the whole system to things that are consistent with this meaning. Instead, this task should be delegated to the AI itself - the machine, given the tools to statistically analyze the use of those concepts, aligns meaning much better.

@Niohimself 2) The better a machine can explain it's reasoning, the faster a human accepts it's decision or diagnoses the source of a problem or inconsistency, which leads to faster, more efficient learning and operation.

3) There was some point about synergy of multitude of opinionated agents, none of which are certain, to together get the right answer.

4) Getting people all over the world to cooperate on AI in an organized manner is really tricky.
