@adam44x13 those r the ones that put this unit in. we bought this used. and yes we called them out. i just wanted ur input. but we found out they aren't as good as the ones who put in our upstairs unit. by the way, the problem turned out to be an overheating compressor. the better companymjust put a startkit in and now it works. the other one whose sticker is on there wanted to put in a new compressor or a new unit which wouldve cost us a bunch more.
