actually a couple of these are pretty cool, the ones on your feet led me to use them to run to the car when it was raining and I didn't want to change into my boots. And the sound effects or back up sounds for a jam session. Fun. Drastically reduce & reuse, not ban, because plastic bags are useful for so many things.

to discourage the use of plastic bags our government passed a law years ago that if you want a plastic bag with your shopping you have to pay extra for each bag (think like 25 cents each), but it's worked well, everyone has reusable bags they bring with them when doing the shopping and very few plastics bags are bought these days. I remember seeing empty bags litter the road, don't see it so much these days
