umm...lets see...stick heights (accents need to come up, taps need to go down) clean up the diddles, on your right hand dont let your thumb slip down, on your right hand try to keep your fingers on the stick, and just watch DCI drumlines

Uhmm.. the beads should be about an inch apart just below center of the drum head and should be even with each other with sticks at a 45 degree angle... heard of Cheeses?  Do something a little more college level if you think your so badass... Try some DCI level stuff if you want to be impressive... no concept of accent vs. tap and all you're doing is making noise. Constructive criticism: Your director should be shot.
