Ultra Galaxy came out in 2007, POWER RANGERS started in ~1993~ (14 fucking years PRIOR), and the Japanese big brother of PR - Super Sentai - started way back in ~1975~ (Kamen Rider having started in 1971 to boot).

So technically Ultra Galaxy is the rip-off there.

I think people need to accept change and that there are other Power Rangers seasons... You can't just stay narrow minded and think everything original was the best. Yeah, it was great as a kid but if you knew it's origin and where it comes from, you'll realise that Samurai is good in it's own right. It was never meant to stay the original team and in Japan - it's on it's 35th series.
