IMO bum is better. Well would be better if he still played. Right now with bum not playing yes cable is better. And of course us NY players will vouch bum as we all used to get raped by him on a consistent basis. He was the best in NY til he stopped playing for a bit. Cable is really really good. But you really can't compare much because cable is playing at his highest level right now, when bum doesn't even care about the game.
