What made Powderfinger so good was their musical tastes (Zep, Stones, Neil You, Beatles) and great talent - a wonderful combination. I grew up in Brisbane, Australia, and the 'finger were on and off the radio for a solid two decades with wonderful rock songs. They're up there with Cold Chisel, Midnight Oil and the Skyhooks, imo.
Great song...love the Powdies (R.I.P.) but I suspect mind-altering substances were present during the creation of the video. Not good, not bad, just err... weird.
Watched them in hobart tasmania last night they played this it was fucking great, bit suprised the crowd wernt into this song as much as some of the others. totally underated song!! They sound briilliant as a band too
