itachi as the good guy, he killed all clan members from uchiha because they wanted to take over konoho and some Konoha council members new (i think it was danzo and some old lady) and they told itachi to kill them all so they dont rebel or something will happen (forgot what) so he did but he didnt kill sasuke because he loved him so very much and he told him all that bad stuff and to hate him etc... so sasuke could become strong!
