Check out celebrate vitamins or bariatric advantage. They are both a little pricey but good I hear. I take a vitamin C everyday and I think that helps - it's a gummy one!
Hey girl Isotonix OPC-3 and Isotonix Vitamin D and also Isotonix Multivitamin is your best bet... a lot of people dont know about this but it is a liquid form of vitamins- with pills ur body only absorbs about 3-5percent but with isotonix your body abosorbs 95percent of the nutrients :) u will feel soooo good ad full of energy :) congrats on the NSV's :) wow that is alot
im glad things are going well..and i hear it takes a bit before you get to that greenzone..as for vitamins bariatric advantage is the best brand but its costly! and remember ginsing (siberian) is what keeps me going, the bariatric advantage ones are costly though..but i got some from trader joes and for 6 dollars (multivitamins) and calicium i got vitachews <---thinks thats the brand name..you can find all of these on amazon.com :):) hope that helps chicka..adios me amiga :):)
