I knew that Ini Miney was in fact Mimi ever since that part where i heard about her sister and i was like "What if she is actually her sister because there is sth. fishy about her(Ini that is)".Same thing about Morgan Fey's motive and the folding screen(even though i noticed the box whereabouts later).

As for Von Karma i initially thought that she is a joke but after seeing Phoenix getting whipped to death I underestimated her a little.Thats what i cal a Deadly Demon Prosecutor.

@mydogkoda Yeah, once he said that about the facial burns I began to suspect that, it just seemed to strange and far-fetched at the time, but then Ini did that thing where she shoves her face inside her hat and looks like a ghostly figure, that sealed the deal for me, even if the gesture itself didn't actually mean anything. It was foreshadowing.
