  • @prashan3253 cross hatch trigger fish, will set you back about £700

  • watch my vid plz sub enjoy ^^

  • Luckiest fish I have ever seen.

  • Shame Mr Saxby has had so many disasters and lost so many fish and corals though.

  • WOW!

  • Very impressive !

  • @newmabreu96 Very silly comment. Language Timothy!

  • @newmabreu96

If you had a brain you would realise half the stuff these days are captivity bred, what he does is probably no worse than what you do driving to work. Saying that by your teenager attitude i bet your still at school so dont drive.

  • Awesome reef! What size tank is that?

  • I really love " you don't keep fish you keep water" is so simple, truth and really helpfull thanks to that I could go on with my proyect.

  • Awesome =)

  • Insane =0

  • Amazing tank and as a retailer myself your words could not be any more true. Thanks to you and your pushing for excellence this hobby is as advanced as it is today.

  • Can you give me some advice on my tank.

Like how to breed fish? I'm 11 and I just got a 6 foot marine aquarium 800 litres. It is still building up bacteria.

  • Beleive it or not I knew most of these tips when I started marine and tbh I beleive it shows well irl it does :)

  • very nice tank, but i think mine is better

  • Have you written a book, about keeping marine fish? I would like to buy one if so.

  • need to know if you can help me my corals are dieing i just cant get it right help please

  • @24fishman1 Get more flow if to less, and probably more light.... This nr1...

See that your water is in good condition....

  • I'm not sure you'd be able to buy a house that well made... it's the stately home of aquariums. Think I'll just stick to freshwater tropicals & save a bit of cash. The future, though, is Marine Fishkeeping.

  • I bet that aquarium with everything in it cost as much as a small house

  • If only we could all afford an aquarium such as that... it looks bloody fantastic! I'd imagine it's hard work too, but worth every minute of effort. Stunning!

  • Remarkably beautiful tank. Actually, the bigger the tank, the easier to raise them salt water fish if you know how to do the eco system.

  • very nice tank

  • how many yellow tangs do you want????

  • That's a really nice tank, im hoping to upgrade my reef tank in the summer.

  • David Saxby is the GodFather of Aquatics ! ! i incorperate some of his methods and have seen great improvement in overall heath and groth of reef inhabits. The Water is the Secret ! !

  • exelent...

  • whout do you do for a living pleeas respond

  • @tuckman315 hes the deltec D-D aquarium solutions

    drecting manager own it

  • No, the secret is not the water... the secret is the money, and then the water XD

  • beautiful

  • how the hell do you vaccum the gravel under and around all the corals/live rock

  • @skippy9111 u dont... the rocks we're prob placed there be4 the fish so there's almost nothing underneath and i bet he has got a really good filter and i'm to lazy to explain it all >.>

  • You know you have mentioned all the most important points in keeping such a beautiful marine setup except one. You must have very deep pockets to maintain such a beautiful setup. I would rather just watch yours. Thankyou for sharing it.

  • out standing !!!!

  • Stunning.

  • CHECK MY CHANNEL FOR AUSOME VIDEOS!!! great aquarium thooo!

  • brilliant! Big respect for you, what a beautiful tank and healthy-stunning fish :) this makes me really want a salt water aquarium but alas, I have no room. I currently have a 125ltr tropical aquarium, which I totally adore. It brings me peace, satisfaction and is very relaxing to watch.

  • what a designer god is....

  • amazing tank i have a small 150 gallon tank which i am turning into a marine reef and its costing me a bomb ! how on earth can u afford all that ?

  • @samdededman tank size doesn't matter, the matter is how would you arrange the coral and rock, i don't mean to offend anyone but some people have a big tank, great system but the tank looks so ugly

  • "you don't keep fish you keep water"

    So true, what great words!

Thank you for sharing this video!

  • since the new 2009 skimmers have come out

david has changed them over he said from the

ap1006 ones, so he now uses the 2009 ones

  • خره عليه جم سنه صارله يربي اب هل حوض ومن وين ايب هل مرجان

  • @mrrxfan some idiotic knobs lie you realy do try to spoil what is so beautiful to everyone elso. GROW UP YOU SPASTIC KNOB!!!

  • David Saxby- guru

  • I have a 110 gallon in my home office.... but this is amazing, and even more, the fish are amazing!!!

  • Nice tank don't triggers and angels eat corals ?

  • you have a very beautiful aquarium i hope i can build on liek that ^^

  • The REEF GURU

  • amazing tank! love the idea of keeping water, not fish.

  • This is the best tank I've ever seen PERFECT!

  • dave needs to do more talks clips

  • So right. You don't keep fish (or corals) you keep water. Spot on.

  • Magnificent tank. However it must cost a fortune to stock and to run. Still my pensioiner neighbour spends £40-50 a weeks on cigs so its up to the individual. Still I'd like to know what this size of tank costs to run considering how expensive electricity is in the UK.

  • I have kept reefs all my life...and never have i wanted to be the fish!!! this is NOT a captive system!!! many thanks!

  • even so, what prisoner wouldn`t be happy to live in a 5stars hotel?!

  • ah yes!!! you are correct! sign me up for a life sentence as a moorish idol..these are the best prisoner stripes of the sea!

    cheers

    reeffeer

  • dont really want to hear the guy talk just want to see

  • no shit right

  • Comment removed

  • thats 3500 gallons....

  • @utubeza - As announcementguy highlights, this aquarium is over 3500 U.K gallons!!! Its a small ocean.

  • What a stunning tank..

  • dave still looks in his early 50 years of age

  • i know a man who has a 10,000,gallon aquarium 2 times more volume than david saxbys aquarium as dave has a 3,700 gallon size as most people know that, he has no nitrate filters on his aquarium and has no probblem with nitrates, but this guy has 6 11inch electric blue regal tangs

  • i am thinking on soon wanting to set my own marine aquatic store up, buy a old wool worths store. as my filters do 10,000 Litres worth water buy my nitrate filter does 15,000 litres worth water, the only thing i will need to do is up grade to bigger pumps 20,000 litre sizes and a bigger reservoir

  • alanmaxx I totally agree. I actually have a bluethroat trigger in my reef, docile and a beautiful fish with a lot of personality...luv him. David is the man!! He must dive into his tank to place/glue down each coral!?! Does anyone know if this is true?? Crazy huh

  • I love that crosshatch trigger, he kept swimming behind David Saxby.

  • great

  • Whats is this 28g?

  • Wonderful! Really well done! Simply Stunning!

  • PERFECT

  • Yeah definatley agree - look at the tank before you hear the advice!

  • anoher way i look at it at telling if the shop staff has good quality kn owledge is

see wich shops new live stock delivery stays healthy as soon as there let out the bags and never turns out to be un healthy very quickly, as out of all these 9 shops 2 shops fish become poorly very fast all the time and some die fast

  • thats amazing!! :o

I would swap with him ANYDAY! :)

although doesn't it look a little overstocked? He obveously knows what he's doing.. so probably not :P

  • i DID have an orgasm!

  • its too expensive hobby dont do it, i have 220G, its just too much money spent, and every day, you will see some new equiptment on market you will want to buy on and on, never enough, even ppl who sales frags, they still looking for different frags, five years now on salt watertanks., no more, looking at the other ppl tanks too much temptation for making some changes on mine.lat time isaw this tank you were feeding them , was no comentary this is better, thank you very nice chunk of ocean

  • beautiful tank man take a bow

  • waoooh best reef tank video on youtube! i almost had an orgasm!

  • BEAUTIFUL!

  • i dont find find it hard being patient i find it very easy thats only because i keep going to sea life centres and as i know the fish are going to be there all the time and they are not going to stop being there and i dont want to sea them die, plus i have set up fish tanks many times, 9 times i have done it

  • what got me into marines is those pratical fish keeping mags

in the past years i bought your 15000litre fluid nitrate filter and 12000litres 6pumps protein skimmer bio trickle tower filter and a giant reservoir i bought the big nitrate filter of you dave due to small ones dont get on with me due to i like very big fish

  • =O..Holy #@*%

  • how many gallons are there?

were did u get all that

  • WOW! Thats all I have to say! BEAUTIFUL! How big is it?

  • I saw the other video and that started my interest in the hobbie, one year later patience is paying off.

I will like to make a request to see a vid of your tank equipment and maintanence schedule. I wish you the best and thanks for sharing your amazing tank with youtube. From Orlando FL, Thanks.

  • holy christ do u use a local fiswh store or do u just have ur own team of coilectors lol? id like to know who lowers themselves into the tank each time to place the corals in there LOL

  • 2:44 looks like a percula clown hosting a brain XD. hes got all that other LPS and he chooses a brain coral haha. fascinating tank!

  • Wow, nice mix of corals. Looks like there are some real nice LPS in there.

  • thats mint and he has got a load of yellow tangs!!!!

  • STUNNING!!! Well done!!!

  • this looks like a real reef in the ocean very nicely set up

  • how the hell did you manage that???? i meen all the fish?? the corals?? magnificient work

  • i like your tank and ivy seen your tank at living reef you set up

  • your attitude and tank are really an inspiration to me, im sure you get this all the time but this is honestly the most beautiful thing i have ever seen. you can really tell you have put your heart and soul into that! i was wondering if i could ask you proffesional opinon, i am currently maturing an aquamedic percula 120 and it has twin 150 watt halides, i am not sure if these are strong enough to keep the corals im looking to have such as montipora and acropora? thankyou
