YouTube now lets you upload 15 minutes now. You can also use the Advanced Video Upload to uload files bigger then 2gigs. But you need Java installed.

Youtube just started doing 15 minutes. YouTube just did a contesnt called "15 Minutes of Fame" do a search you'll see a lot of people that entered the 15 Minutes of Fame contest.
