I'm guessing most didn't see Jason live. The studio magic on this tracks like this and "How to Start Fire" truly show when you realize what Jason actually sounded like live. I saw him 3 times with Further and while he did improve each time it was still rough the 3rd time. His passion was his strength in this band.

Holy shit, I fuckin' loved FSF with Gleason back in the day, and this is one of my favorite Bjork songs. At first I didn't think it was too great but as the song progresses it gets really fucking good. Damn this made my day.

I really really wish I knew what, if anything, Bjork says during the "gibberish" climax. It sounds like Jason didn't know, because he's just "fakin' it" too.

I just love that FSF finally released a studio recording of this. I knew during the Gleason year(s) they were playing it at shows. I wish I had seen it live back in 2003.

I wasn't expecting to find a male singer that can channel the spirit of Björk's passionate message so effectively, but this group really pulls it off. Not the best instrumentals, no, but GOD does the singer make this rock. To all those calling it "emo", I think you're VASTLY missing the point of this song and the message. Dig a little deeper.

I guess I can understand. Instrumentally they were trying to keep it as faithful as they could, but of course it would never be the same as the original. There's no hiding the power of Jason's voice though.

I recommend finding more of the original work they did, where the music and his vocals go well together. My favorite by them is "On Legendary."

this is a good cover, they have retained the atmosphere of the song's meaning, it has that same pensive plaintive feeling.

Not to mention it is REALLY hard to cover Bjork well cos she has one of the most unique inimitable voices ever and this guy really puts so much passion and emotion into his vocals, which is what Bjork does. He also doesn;t chicken out of the high notes. He sounds amazing.
