My M1 keeps giving me problems like constant crashes and lockups, i want to reload a firmware in order to fix all those issues but neither vodafone nor samsung offer support to do it..

It’s a shame to see you’re experiencing problems with your M1.
If your phone is still under warranty you can send this away to be repaired and the engineers will be able to ensure all the software is correct and up to date. Take a look here for more info: goo. gl/CNueU

my phone just keeps saying charging every time i plug in the usb cable...any suggestions?

When you connect your phone to a PC via USB, this will automatically start to charge so that’s correct.
Are you having difficulties in using the USB cable with your phone for other tasks?
