I'm from the Salt-N-Pepa/JJFad generation of Hip Hop, so most of today's Hip Hop/Rap I don't really care for but I must say that I enjoyed this a lot. The lyrics can be cleaned up a bit but the beat is BANGIN' and ALL the dancers killed it. I prefer this version, it is more grown up. My young niece dances to the kiddie version which has a softer beat. In the video everyone seems to be having fun and working their bodies to stay fit. That's what I am talking about young people.
