Is it possible to make a functional replica of the 2002 series sword? (IMHO it should be cast in aluminum, or the size and weight of it would make it uncarriable :-P )

It's a much bigger 44" long version with a 10" grip and 32" blade, though a different design. Fully functional, full tang, spring steel, all the good stuff. :)
I'd like to see a real version of the 2002 Power Sword.

It is great to see the original Power Sword made. I had the new version from the 2000 cartoon and it just didn't feel like a He-Man sword.
