The green movement is funded by the US and the CIA via USAID. Google it.

State TV? Try UsaToday. Condalleezza Rice asked Congress for $65 million to fund dissidents in Iran. The Obama administration, with its slogans of change and democracy, also provided them with an additional $20 million. Do you know what you can do with that kind of money in Iran?

You don't at find it odd that barely anyone knew of the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of Honduran protesters that protested the forcible removal of democratically-elected Manuel Zelaya around the same time?

@AfghansAgainstWar The Dutch woman who was executed last month for alleged drug smuggling. Her body was taken away and dumped, when it should have been sent back to her parents in Netherlands for proper burial. The Dutch Ambassador to Iran has been pulled out in protest

It has been estimated by Human Rights Watch that within the month of January alone, at least 74 people have already been executed. At this rate more than a thousand may meet this fate by the end of 2011 - a sharp increase from previous years.

Some Iranians who opposed the elections of 2009 - which favored Ahmadinejad and were widely believed to have been rigged - have been executed.

@AfghansAgainstWar Omid Reza Mir Sayafi, a 29-year old Iranian blogger and journalist died in Evin Prison in Tehran on March 18. In December, he was sentenced to two and half years in prison for allegedly insulting religious leaders.

A CANADIAN woman photographer who died in Iranian custody after taking pictures of a protest outside the notorious Evin prison in Tehran, was beaten, tortured and raped. links to all these responses have been added to the description.
