How about, Pretty Soldier Wars 2048? It has 8 girls fighting tentacle monsters trying to save people too. And it is in a Turn Based Strategy too.
If you want action and not much in Hentai then Phantom of Inferno is perhaps one of my choice for something really cool and exciting.
That is about all I could tell you as I have only played a few games of that type.

I know that Clannad isn't release in NA. But there is a fan translation out. It is a patch i think.
