i'm gonna try this. my pain starts from my elbow and goes up to my shoulder. i don't know what i did to causethe injury but i cannot turn my wrist fully one way or the other or the pain shoots up my arm.it lasted for a week and is calming down now but i'm afraid to make it worse doing push ups or something.

yes do feel confused, the fact is it's there, but practically everything denies it as well, is it true or an ilussion?

Yet i have to find and prove it to myself and others around me?

10 years of pain and uncertainity is almost killing me?
