Sean used this video, submitted to CompTIA and received approval on 1st try. Of course this is not the regular class as it is limited to only 10 mins. He takes part in free webinar classes offered by nrclc.com and 2self.org which you can view at nrclc.com Sean is certified not only as a classroom certified trainer but also virtual trainer. Both on his first video submission. And he did not practice 1 million times. He practied about 3 times before going on video and we recorded twice.
1. CTT+ is for people who have actually taught before. 2. this video is an obvious setup, with people who most likely have seen this information before...this kid has definitely gone over the material a million times but how does this demonstrate "technical training"? 3. i'll admit this video does cover a lot of wickets that CTT+ asks for...it's great for sharing ideas to meet them. but i just highly doubt this video was approved and he was granted the certification.
