I haven´t seen all video but I'm not sure about one thing I heard. You're saying that these people came to lisbon area because "Lisbon needed cheap labor"... well I'm not sure about that. These people came to Lisbon of course looking for a better life, but I think they mostly came during the period of Portugal decolonization and this could be one of the reasons why this population is so segregated. Acho bastante positivo todo o trabalho desenvolvido pelo Chullage e por outras pessoas na minha freguesia mas é triste ver que certos comportamentos tendem a persistir nesta comunidade. Se antes paiar e roubar era necessidade, tornou-se hoje em dia em moda, uma maneira de ganhar créditos nas ruas de uma forma negativa.
