Well lets hear you play it without vibrato and sound better. Dave Tarras, Naftule Branwein, Andy Statman play music like this with vibrato, so I'll take that as being an important part of the genre.
Richard Stoltzman and James Campbell, both classical soloists who dabble in jazz sometimes, use vibrato to a greater or lesser degree when playing classical. Campbell uses it a bit less heavily than Stoltzman. But it's incorrect to say it's only used in jazz.
This song is actually played at the right tempo. Most of the songs on here are either too fast, or the quality of the audio sucks.. This song is just.. wow. Perfectly played. Only bad thing I could find was that it was too short! I could listen to this forever! Good job.

only time i've ever heard clarinet vibrato it was in jazz.
