This song is called Man-Thing Lives Again and t is sung by an old band called Saturation.
This band is impossible to find on the internet.

Great theme song, just too bad the movie wasn't very good. The monster was awesome and the kills were great, and there were some good moments of spooky atmosphere, but other than that, it just didn't have anything going for it.
Excellent highlight reel here, by the way.
