it is possible in a normal game, no mods have been made, only a programmable controller has been used. It may be humanly possible with just incredible charging, or may not be due to whats required, but it is still possible in a normal game.
I believe he changed the settings in the options. If you haven't done this before, you could change settings so you can actually combo and juggle more.
The last combo he does juggles Akuma 9 hits in the air, I think akuma's fireball resets the air hits. That's why I believed he changed the settings but if I'm right about akuma's fireball, I guess it's possible. The rest of the combos, were legitimate though.
Programmable pad. These combos can be done of course but not that many tackles. Impossible for anyone to do that without some aid of some sort. Lookm at 1.00, its ridiculous, no time taken between each tackle. Even using buffering that is impossible to do 5 or 6 tackles ina row after a normal down+fierce.
go in training, choose Urien and cpu as any character, set the cpu to jump. Either throw a fireball in the air or just tackle. But when you tackle, hold back about 2 seconds, press forward, then hold back but press roundhouse tackle right after. After the first tackle is finished, do another roundhouse, foward, or short tackle. It should connect. If not, practice. You can do this 3-4 tackles. 2 roundhouse tackles is max in one combo unless u use ageaus.
wtf?! 9 air hits?! I thought the limit was 6! AND HE DID 3 ROUNDHOUSE TACKLES + 1 FORWARD TACKLE + HEADBUTT! I guess akuma's fireball hit him up higher to make all the tackles hit.

he never did 5-6 tackles after a cr.hp. the most you can do is 3 tackles and a headbutt, which I've seen done in a match.
