@ThundergodxRaiden fallout 3 sucks, it was slow starting, there's barely any cities, all the wasteland looks the same, i hated the metro tunnels, i hated the vat system cuz i thought it was kinda stupid and lame and all the monsters were the same, ie all yellow mutants, with the ocational robot and fire scorpian ect.

megaton was alright, but rivet city was separated reli annoyingly city as it was in a ship!!

And they were all affected by DIFFERENT sources so they would never look alike! Ofcourse everything looks different because they weren't all hit by nuclear bombs! Now that would be very silly! Parts were hit by giant lasers and others by a bubble guns! Maybe you should take the time to think. (And spell?)

The spell is probably modded or he used a cheat/ mod or has been playing for a while to get his lvl up then used a modded spell or a spell he made since he could be the Archmage and he used that. (You can make ridiculous spells as the Archmage, considering you have the skill and enough magicka.)

The spell is one which is levitation.

The only way to get it is to go to the mages guild, find a spell creater, and do Levitate on TARGET, and then like 10000 points.

There was no mod. He didn't kill Cameron. He attacked him and when he did that he automatically went in to his portal and retreated in to his Paradise. You can read it in the pop-up at 3:25.
