How to install and use MagicJack VoIP Phone Service

I signed up for a new number last week for $10. I then ported my business toll free numbers to that MagicJack number. Now, when I want to turn on the business phones, I just log in and switch to the business number, then restart my MagicJack. When it's not turned on, it just goes to voice mail and the messages get emailed to me. It's pretty cool!

Hi there. Why do I always get three beeps and then a recorded voice will say "You have reached the Ymax communications test number. Your call was successful." Three beeps, then nothing happens. I cannot make it work, help please :(

@kikuchi10 I've never gotten that, but you can go to my.magicjack . com and log into your account and see what it says. You might need to chat with customer service while you're there. (They do a really good job of walking you through problems.)

@justin360101 no, unfortunately it changes your number. you can keep it however IF you pay extra.

@franzlover123 You dial your phone number with area code, then it will go to voicemail, press * then your 4 digit PIN. Cheers :D
