I just found this out a couple of days ago and the reason it turns off by itself is because when u put pressure on the lil lg symbol on the back of the phone it lifts the top of the battery and turns it off....

mine just locked by its slef if you put the black light to a different time like 5 seconds then it will lock in 5 seconds i think

i have the same phone and wat i did,

was i put a cd into my computer and saved all the songs that i liked onto a folder.

then i put my micro sd card into the computer with the adapter, and i downloaded all the songs onto the memory card:)
