there are certain things that i think we should keep and certain things that we should change as soon as possible. john mccain will just be another george w. bush. it will be like 12 years of bush instead of the last 8. we need to change that NOW. i dont believe obama will be able to do EVERYTHING he says he will do (no candidate ever will), but i no that he will try his hardest to do it. at the very least, he will pave the way for thr future and thats why i am supporting barack obama.

If people did proper research on either candidate they would vote for neither. People also ignore the obvious threats both have made toward the middle, including the possibility of "limited" nuclear strikes. These men are monsters, and will only lead us toward Socialism or Fascism. I've lived outside America for four years, and spent nearly 8 months in Iraq. If you people really cared, instead of just beating your own drums, you would make some changes yourselves.

Something disturbs me about the way he speaks. He doesn't look straight into the camera, he speaks with the same kind of voice and the same stoneface all the time. It looks authoritative/professional, but I'ld like to see him lighten up a bit and become more personal, leaning towards the camera, smiling once in a while.

So why won't the oil companies drill on the land they all ready have leased like the Dems have told them to? Why the big insistence by the Republicans to drill off shore when there is leased land NOT in the continental shelf NOR in wild reserves that IS NOT being drilled on? what is obama really about? I love how he gives speeches, it really "speaks" to me but what does he really stand for? I really, really like the guy but I feel that he's as much a politican (say whatever is needed to be favored) as the rest before him. What "change" is he really talking about? That was a good speech...I wont go out on a limb and say that strong communication skills alone will make him a good president. But I can finally see a US presidential candidate where I dont feel like the vote is for the lesser of two evils. Obama actually appears sincere.
Even with Kerry it kind of felt like Kerry was just the lesser of two evils.

What McCain is offereing is not only to keep the festering sore Bush and the Republicans created, but add even more infection to the wound with even larger cuts to the top one percent. It is very evident that Bush's Reign was very financially focused. in his attempt to pool money rather than benefit the economy as a whole.
