hey what do you guys do for exercise im a pretty strong dude but i was wondering cause im satisfied with how i perform in parkour but im still not able to do things like at 4:40. any advice would be appreciated...

Dame du Lac... it´s in France in Lisses. It´s a big sqare window ladder, high tower or something like that:), but it´s closed, besacuse two young boys died there. It´s very popular. Each year you can see some traceurs training there.
