This is an excellent account of what the traffic is like on Deer Springs Rd. I am a Vista resident. I drive this road daily morning and evening. Traffic is awful during commute times. This is definitley not a rural community. I welcome the road widening at the developers expense. As far as Golden Door Spa, may I suggest that they relocate to a quiet remote location in San Diego County. I would not pay 8 thousand a week to listen to road traffic.
