  • this is very informative. Where do you get your info?

  • @outcastinblack

I have lots of experience from research, field work, and everything I have been involved in.

  • Also... sensory depriviation 4 hours daily for 3 weeks? Why so long? :)

Also i suppose the volume of the music is important. It should be quite low volume right? Cuz you have left your body, the music shouldn't interfer and wake you up...

Could you link me to youtube to a song on youtube that you prefer please? :)

4 hours is because you aren't supposed to really keep track of time during the Sensory Deprivation, it can be a little less or more, but what you will be attempting is Suspended Animation, as mentioned in the previous video.

The music should be loud, but not too loud, or could be low, just as long as it blocks out all other sounds. Though you are telling yourself you will be leaving your body as you listen to the music, it won't happen till a month or two into this exercise.

  • Why would 3 weeks be neccessary for just sleeping?

  • @bohmaniac

The first exercise (from the previous video) is just letting your hands sleep 10 minutes each day for three weeks. So this first exercise in this video takes that further by doing this with the entire body before sleeping each night. This takes some getting used to especially when not getting the right amount of sleep needed.

Note: It was two weeks till next exercise, but I changed it to three weeks till next exercise because three weeks are needed to create a daily pattern routine
