Quite agree with theamazingoter... Emmanuel Thibault should have been promoted long time ago regarding his talent, but at the Palais Garnier it seems in many cases that it's not the first criterion of the "Direction de la Danse". Think of Miss Myriam Ould-Braham which beautiful talent seems to be ignored until now. In the other hand you are still wondering how certain dancers have been promoted?

If Nureyev were still alive he would have promoted Emmanuel a long time ago. He based his nominations on his dancers' talent, not on their looks like certain directrice de la danse.
