  • fake

  • hmm, can i make popcorn with my cellphone if my mate is pointing it at a microwave?? xD

  • HOT DAM IT WORKS!!! 740IL BMW

  • stay ine the kitchen, women...

  • yeah okay,

  • and why don't call to turn on the car ? i think it lie

  • melisa who?

    `

  • fail!

  • it is a Nisson with key less entry as long as you have your key on you or with in 15 feet of your car you can get in even when it is locked you can start the car with your key in your pocket and electronic keys use radio waves which cant be transmitted via cell phones because they work on radio it would be like having your radio play my radio

  • SINCE WHEN DOES THE CELLPHONE USE THE SAME FREQUENCY LIKE THE CAR SYSTEM LOCKS ? WHICH IS VERY DIFF !!!!

    ITS NOT POSSIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • am going to try it when i have the time to c if this works i think it does but my parents dont so i we c

  • It Works!! ...on gta xD who thinks so thumps up

  • @ruffy0067 yea i think it does to

  • what a utter piece of shit!

  • i fucking hate how she rolls the r in her last name. last time i checked key fobs used radio frequency's matched with algorithms to make the remote unique, they are not sonic devices. the news is completely retarded.

  • u stupid bitch the signal is not cought in the fucking door

  • Obviously it depends on the type of remote. If it uses a frequency the cell phone can transmit, it will work. Otherwise it won't.

  • wait.... so u got ur car too open.. how did u turn it on??

  • @EMINEM8701 keys are locked inside

  • I'm sooo sick of people posting stupid shit like this. There's got to be better stuff you can do with your time than be an idiot.

  • This was on Mythbusters. It failed.

  • MOTHERFU#*ER

  • The cell phone uses radio freq. to transmit the voice or any sound wave.

The remote control from the car also uses radio freq, only at differen wave.

There is no way a radio freq. can be sent inside another radio freq.

    jumentos !!!

  • this seems ridiculous but one of my friends tried it and it worked a few years ago, so now im curious and i'll probably try it

  • did she died?

  • @jasonguyperson i sure hope so...

  • ya just like ive used my cell phone to hotwire riding lawn mowers at lows and make a fast get-a-way

  • lol survival tool ?

  • it works i tried it on 2 of my cars and is great =D

  • غبيه فيه بصمه فالباب

  • It worked for me! no bullshit

  • @pearlwsz7 thats because you were standing near the car when you clicked unlock on your phone!

  • just use a fucking crowbar

  • This dosn't work check out Mythbusters. Fake and gay. LOL

  • I think that they should start making Bluetooth car alarms

This could enable multiple passkey passwords, and a lot more secure alarm systems, same could go for other things like garage door openers.

  • must be a iphone app

  • fakeeeeeeeee

  • or just go an get your spare key ?

  • if you wanna unlock you car with a cell phone ll you have t do is call someone and tell them to bring the spare key and boom just like magic your in your car again

  • the date everyone lol april first...

  • oh yeah for a survival tip how to survive like they had cars back them this is gay

  • fakngay

  • it does work, it unlocked all cars on the street

  • fake and gay fatty

  • how could you possibly lock your keys in the car. you need the keys to lock the car.

  • @clickclocks dude if your car stays lika a minute (less or more) your car lock

  • Check the date it was uploaded

  • Yes this is possible those says this is not possible they are uneducated

  • Bull shit made my self look stupid by trying it

  • It is not possible because the phone receive only the mechanical waves (sound waves) on frequency up to 4 khz but the car remote use electromagnetic with several mega hertz frequency ,, your cell phone is not able to receive the high freq except from the mobile station ,,, so the car remote control never communicate with your cell phone

  • @adham323 Thumbs up, but i can't follow you XD

  • @adham323 nerd

  • no mames ..

  • Possible if the fz is the same as he cellphone, but it's never.

  • This is bullshit! We tried to se if it worked on our Mercedes just to be sure, and of course it didn't!

  • well if your one car and your one phone didn't work, then surely no other car or phone on the planet will work.

  • but how if you dont have a keys?

  • Bull shit!

  • Sucker hoax....total BS....doesn't work....what an idiot.

  • Fake!

    Cellphones can't transmit IR signals.

  • @foibos899 Ah, but those little puppies use RF, not IR. The 'point your cell phone towards your car' is priceless, though.

I was expecting to see some sort of device hooked up the the car's computer with a cellular antenna on it and someone dialing out a command to it to unlock the car, but I just got this crap... lol

  • Not only transmitters use IR. -1 on intelligence and spreading pure bs like this video.

  • Cellphone technology is designed to capture voice for transmission, not another radio signal that runs on a totally different frequency. Dumbest reporter ever!

  • i know wtf..

    this is such bullshit.

  • It does work with my old Motorola Brick Phone ,you just have to be careful not to cut yourself in the process LOLZ

  • Well, what if you locked your cellphone in the car too?

  • melissa correa, did you try it with your car, before you did your baseless report? this myth is plaussible, but not likely

  • lol

  • not working

  • Anyone notice the date of this video.

  • lol...good eye.

  • Don't waste your time . It does not work . Call a locksmith & leave it to the professionals

  • OMG! this is a dumest post ever I seen here on youtube lolz......

  • 0:02 Priceless

  • Comment removed

  • i have 2 sets of keys i want to see if this works

  • lol, this is really stupid xD

  • It is still a good idea to carry a duplicate key in your keychain (separate from car keys) to open a door. (Only a key with a chip can be used to start the car, but a chipless key can still unlock a door.)

  • why the hell would this work? the people that actually think this works have been miss-lead.

    1. why would this work? pointing your key-fob at your cellphone, that makes no sense at all..

    2. and who has the other remote? car dealers usually only give out 1!

    the stupidity it burns! :O

  • cell phone frequices are diffrerent from car frequices

  • I bet this is like that tennis ball video...

  • no this is real

  • Looks like those who tried it and it didn't work think it's B.S. It worked on my daughters 05 Mustang and my 04 Escape however. I'm sure there are vehicles that this doesn't work with. I first saw it a few years ago as a tip in Outdoor Life magazine of all places.

  • ohh its really good, then they dont need lock pick your car, just stole your cell phone, 2 in 1 hurreeyy :D

  • ya it works ive stole 17 cars

  • Lol that's what I'm thinking. Why are they showing people this?

  • how could you steal cars with this? also why would your friend have the electronic button? I only have one and it's on my keys

  • haha gj

  • haha

  • @Concernedadult by the looks of your comment your name doesn't fit you

  • fake y would u point ur cell fone on the handle the sensor is usually under the steering wheel

  • are you a mechanic?

  • I personally tried this with my old 03 maxima and i assure u that it DOES work. I know it was on mythbusters but they used only 1 type of car and only one cell phone... didnt have any variables so it could not be busted. I dont care if no one believes me but i know it it be true.

  • Please stop posting dumb video's like these >.>... Everyone knows that it's fake. Even more fake is when you are inside that you can drive it! WITHOUT KEYS? If you believe this you're dumb.

  • of course this isnt real lol

and she would start the car with the set of keys she left in the car durrrr!

  • Look at the date this vid was uploaded: 1ST OF APRIL 2007

  • 1 more day it would be my brith

    day

  • Wow, you got a birthday?? Me too!!

  • she is a asshole

  • ur retarded if u believe this

  • this is foking fake yh this is what they do so when they point there key to the phone she presses the button and then when she lets go and puts it near her car the door is already open u ppl are gay

  • Mythbusters had tested it, it doesn't work :(

  • mythbusters suck

  • you suck

  • just like your mother

  • that was with a tennis ball not with the remote door key

  • they did it with both

  • also a fake

  • it works i have just tried it on my mams car

  • BULLSHIT

  • Please don't watch this video, it is rubbish. Just look at the date the video was posted..

  • ha thats funny

  • omg i didnt notis dat i no it was fake but well done u have a brian to notice that lol april fools

  • Good eye's noticing that, but it's just a coincidence. I have done this many times. It only works on certain cars, but it does in fact work. I you feel like giving it a try, use a Ford of GM product, its worked on all that I have tried, I've not been able to get it to work on European cars or Chrysler products though. but then I haven't tried all of them so who knows. Oh and I've never tried it on a Honda or Toyota, so I don't know if that works.

  • ROTFLOL

  • don't say it doesn't work if you've never tried it. I've shown many people in person and it works every time. It sends a frequency through the phone, simple as that.

  • I'm gonna try this xD

  • we are doing it in my school science fair..

  • neat illusion try trickbusters copperfield

new masked magician breaking magicians code magics biggest secrets revealed

    mynetworktv

mndays 9pm8c mondays 8pm7c masters of illusion

  • tried it and it worked

    on my

    2009 honda pilot

  • really i have a 2008 Honda odyssey im gonna try it!!

  • The little key fobs do NOT generate an audible signal (at least not anything in the audible range of a cell phone's microphone). You CAN however unlock a car using a cell phone. It's called OnStar.

  • that shit doesnt work

  • unlikely ..

  • maybe this only works in the U.S.A cos i tried it here in europe it doesnt work.

  • or maybe it´s bullshit what di you think?

  • suck my penis

  • Absolute Bullshit, you can transmit audio signals quite well over a cell phone, but were're dealing with Radio frequency signals, which cannot be modulated by a cell phone. Don't count on this 'discovery' to bail you out of a keyless situation.

  • suck a fatty yo

  • That's cool.

The RF output from the key interferes with the CDMA (phone signal). The signal from the key is sent though the network, thus sending it to phone. Before it hits the phone, it goes though the key receiver on the car if you place your phone in the correct area.

    I'm so smart, LOL

  • Not smart. Key works with light, phone works with sound. No chance of transmitting keys (light) signal over the phone.

  • hurr hurr no cars use light sensors

Did you even read what I said

  • You know what light is? Electromagnetic waves. You listen to radio? The information reaching the antenna of your radio is... guess what? Light! Again, you cannot transfer light with microphones, therefore no chance for a cell phone to transmit the light information.

  • lol

  • Did they do this story on April 1, if not I Hope they fired her.

  • thatsa fucked up, maybe next week i can beam myself to mars through my cell phone and my martian friends phone

    dumb

  • Stupid shit fuck lol

  • My wife once used a cell phone to unlock her car. It had an aftermarket alarm. They sent a code to her phone and then instructed her as what to do. Luckily it worked for her. A microphone can cause feedback if near a speaker and I suppose there are was to jack with most all frequencies. I wouldn`t count on unlocking the old car with my phone. Stash a key.

  • in your mom's car!

  • whats wrong how the way she talks

  • nothing, it was just funny, that's all :)

  • bull shit!!!!

  • Melissa Corrrrrrrrrrrrrea, CBS7 news

  • hahahahahahaha i noticed that too :p

  • LOL

  • stupid beaner

  • ROFL!

  • yeah, funny :)))))LMAO

  • is this girl serious lol!

  • If you use a cell phone (or just leave it) near a pair of cheap ass PC speakers (the $14 dollar cheapos), you will be able to tell when the cell phone is being polled by the cell tower prior to ringing. That interference generates a pttern of RF that the speakers are picking up. In theory (the conjectural kind), if the cheapo door lock receiver treats that interference like a valid RF signal and that interference can propogate down the link (unlikely), it *might*, on a 70 Farenheit day on Pluto.

  • In theory, just in theory (the conjectural theory kind of theory), if you have a cheap ass remote lock on your car that can respond to interference as if it were the proper signal and you and your friend (the other person with a clicker and a cell phone) both have cheap ass cell phones that can be easily interfered with by a remote lock RF clicker, this could work.

  • Maybe so, but how would RF travel through a cell phone, or sound, Maybe it had a tuner inside the phone. I can see if it had to be like, a certain tone at idk, say 2600 hz (Hertz). That might work, if the cell phones speaker could carry the same freq. But then people would just go around with a Capt. Crunch whistle opening doors! That would be funny.

  • I actually tried thi a long time ago.... it works....

  • wow what an asswipe and waste of 32 seconds

  • i wanna try that cell phone thing but i doubt it will work just because it makes no sense.

  • While you're at it, try the tennis ball with a hole in it too...

  • its fake rolffffff...!!!

  • usually the gurl its hot...sorry melissa get a real life :)

  • fair enough u could get in but unless u locke your keys inside how would u drive the car???

  • Im mexican and even I can stand when people enunciate their latin surnames.

But yeah, the cell phone bit is bs too.

  • correia its European dick! Spanish or Portuguese as origin most likely...is your surname dick as dick jones?

  • Good job chief. A+, will read again.

  • I think it doesn't work because a cellphone receives specific electromagnetical waves, and the voice system only receives physics waves, so it doesn't fit.

  • Survival Tips using a cell phone, huh?

Because we all know that death comes to those who can't get in their car.

  • thanks it realy works!!shit

  • i killed a man with my cell phone and cooked a hot dog at the same time.

  • wont work they tried on mythbusters webisode

  • More dumbass video...can't believe everything you watch on the news with dumbass reporter....

  • the keys were stuck inside the car so once she unlock the door she can get the key

  • then how could she drive away without the keys?? FAKE

  • HA ha ha ha!

  • Lmfao, true.

Then again, she probably just locked them in the car.

  • I tryed it, it works! My car was in the garage, the key fob was 12 feet away!!!! Works with out the cell phone too!!!!!

  • it does coz waves of keys travels into cell phone

  • wow ur all retarded it uses frequencies and that frequency can travel thru cell phones it does work for those of u that tried it and it didnt work make sure u have a good signal so it wont distort the frequency like it wuld if the other person was talking and it was choppy that culd b wut u r all doing

  • FAKE !!! , so tell me how did you turn on the car if you don't have keys ???
