lvl 71, beat Dragon God, Penetrator, Adjudicator and Fool's Idol, and worried im not strong enough to go further >_> bad habit to be worried about strength in games like these XD i used the cheapo shortcut to the boss and beat him with range, easy enough. stay near the fog and equip your bow (i used white bow) then run to other side behind the corner pillar and keep your shield up, let him hit you (with your shield up) twice then run back and shoot him in the back of the head twice. easy kill

@bigchief47 anything of yours that sparkles. Example: give him soul remains and he gives you arrows in exchange. Anything else that sparkles might give u a different trade

If you are only in the lower ranks and a bit poo at the game, Ive sussed a cracking tip for defeating these skeleton guys on 4-1! Simply un-equip your left arm so you only have your fist. Then when they roll toward you lock on with R3 and just punch repeatedly with a slight pause between each punch.. it defeats them in about 5 seconds. do this on the first 3 enemies then die and repeat again to gather 1000's of souls for easy leveling up!

(remember to cash them in periodically or risk losses)

Am I doing this part to early, because i cant seem to survive Black Skeletons much of the time. The order of stuff I have done is 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 3-1 and now i am trying 4-1 .. is that a reasonably safe order? .... I have had loads of farming between them and i was able to cheaply soul ray the vanguard.

@XHXRX I mostly cast magic on black skeletons... they are the biggest pain, but so are manta's when your on the narrow path with gold skeletons.

@Luis9266 at 1-2 the door just before the boss is closer there you need a key the key you will find it in 1-3 with the officials hat then go back or finish the lvl and then go to the door open it go futher there will be a fat official kill him get the blody keyand in one of the prison free biorr then search you will find a passage there it is and blody key is for the iron door at 1-3 for yuria the witch oh and you'll need to wear the official's hat but look for video's to see where the witch is

You take the brass telescope that u get in 1-1, you drop in need a root like right at the bottom of the tree, then when you come back there (like leave the world and come back) there should be an item there for you to pick up

I would use the Wiki too look up the weapon and see what you need to upgrade I had to do that when I found out I couldn't wield the big sword in the Dragon God's area. =( Still can't not high enough yet lol

If you leave certain items for the crow it will leave something for you in return. Like if you leave a Talisman of God you can get a Colorless Demons Souls in return. It's just certain items I believe. The wiki has a trade list.

Drop a spirit remains on the steps to the first archer and roller and the Katana guy should jump down from the cliff edge. I killed these things with +4 starter weap and starter gear. You need a shield if you wanna fight with starter gear here
