To be very honest there were time's where I had tear's from the pain of streching, but they walk you throught it, and they don't let go. The therapist have to follow the adheasion's and they work with you and talk to you throught the pain.
I'm very sceptical about this working particularly for Asherman's syndrome (intrauterine adhesions). Sometimes adhesions are so thick that doctors have trouble cutting through them with sharp scissors, so I don't see how gentle manual pressure is going to do the trick!
This is one of the most exciting and comforting information I am hearing. I just hope everything about this inforamtion is really true.Hope this is not a daydream?
