Why does jupiter's tambourine disappear when she is about to transform, appear one second, disappear the next? Continuity error? I feel bad for hina and bad for usagi. Usagi is hurt, hina is hurt and mamoru doesn't know what he wants!!

Sorry to say it, but, I'd probably do the exact same thing if I were Hina. This guy she's been with & thought loved her for years (Hello! They were engaged!) suddenly starts acting weird right before we go to college & I find out he's in love with a KID in Middle School named after a bunny?! I'd be pissed & think I'd have the right to be a selfish bitch! :)

@Martha5500 But you also have to understand, she grew up with Mamoru. She's loved him since they were kids. Then all of a sudden, Usagi appears and "steals" Mamoru's heart and attention. It's only natural for her to fight for him back. I'm sure, that's the only reason she brought up how her father helped him. Mamoru was dating Hina and now he fancies Usagi. In a way, it's like he's cheating on Hina, which isn't acceptable.

I understand your point of view and I know that you try to sympathize with Hina. You are right that she grew up with Mamoru but she has always known about his promise to his father. Mamoru never lied to her. She said herself that he never told her about his feelings. He had never told her that she loved her. The truth is that Hina not only knew about the promise but also was aware that Mamoru had never been in love with her but she decides to lied to herself.

And Usagi doesn't steal anything from Hina because as I said before Mamoru had never been in love with Hina. I sympathize with Mamoru not with her because all the time she was trying to force him into being with him. You know it is impossible because you can't force anyone to love you. I am really sorry for Mamoru. He had really hard childhood because his parents died and please notice that Hina's father was Mamoru's BENEFACTOR NOT A REAL PARENT.

@ShadowVampira ( Honestly how an adult can want a child to make such promise it is so cruel ) I just try to understand Mamoru's feelings. He suffered so much that's why he behaves like that. He hides his true feeling because he doesn't want to be hurt. Has Hina ever tried to understand his feelings? No, because she has been thinking only about herself and the promise made to her father. You have to understand that if you really love somebody you try to understand this person not treat like a toy

He was with her because her father forced him ( remember that he was a child when he had to make this promise ) It never was a real relationship but only a lie. It wasn't Mamoru's fault. ( I said one again He was FORCED because her father told him to be with Hina. ) Mamoru had never lied to her and wasn't cheating on her. You can't make yourself to love somebody. I really want him to be happy and Usagi can give him happiness because she is wonderful.

@ShadowVampira I agree. I don't think Mamoru meant to hurt Hina, but his past self loved Princess Serenity, and that's why he fell in love with Usagi, who was Serenity. Thus Mamoru wound up being emotionally unfaithful to Hina, though at least he never kissed Usagi while he was dating Hina. Hina just got in the way of an eternal love, that's all.

@ShadowVampira That's true but I don't think it counts enough. If Hina actually loved Mamoru as she claims, she would not be trying to do this to him. He has a right to fall in love with someone else, if that's what his heart wants. No one can control that. She doesn't own him, he's not her object to have and control as she wishes. It's unfortunate what happened, but it should be incentive enough to show her that he is not right for her, and look elsewhere instead of do this.

Well Hina wants Mamoru to leave Japan because of Usagi. She realized that she is not able to keep him ( and it doesn't matter what she will do because mamoru will never want truly to be with her ) She knows that Mamoru is in love with Usagi and will never be in love with her, so she decides to send him abroad and destroy the relationship between him and Usagi. Moreover, she is pretending that she is sacrificing herself for Mamoru. What a bullshit!!!!

@rockerjewell Not Chibi Usa. If they added her, then they would have to make a lot more episodes to explain why she was there. Also, they would have had to make an episode where she'd brain wash Usagi's family so her staying in Usagi's home would be rather normal. I'm sure they felt adding Luna as a human girl would make up for Chibi Usa's absence.
