I dropped this phone in the street while running. It bounced in the air and skid 4 feet, and it only received a minor scratch. This phone is perfect. My phone is 1 years old, it has a software problem. The phone tends to light up and stay on, draining battery, and the camera kept coming on as I tried to text. I'm going to get another one instead of buying something new and flashy that might not be any good. Btw, I can text without looking at the keys. Practice practice!

this phone might not look like it could withstand a lot of drops and like its that shock resistant..all i can say is that ive dropped this phone over 50 times and its still working perfectly. and to all you people complaining about how hard it is to text..it might get annoying at first but after you use it for a week or two..youll really get used to it and texting becomes really easy.

Just got this phone not long ago - and WOAH. This is probably one of the best phone I've ever had.

It has some slow-down issues when the phone is 'thinking' (sending messages, going through data-heavy menus, ect.). But over-all it gets the job done.

I also love being able to just flip open the camera shutter and snap a picture on the fly. SNAP. Just like that. The camera in this phone is amazing and extremely quick and easy to use.

Its also got a slammin' speaker built into it. QUALITY.

I got this a week ago, very upset with it.

First of all, it's EXTREMELY PURPLE. Not just the camera button -- all the buttons (number pad included) shine bright purple when lit, which is entirely unavoidable. (You can change the phone color theme, but buttons remain purple). I feel really unmanly walking around with this kind of phone.

Secondly, this phone freezes A LOT. The camera takes good pictures, but there aren't many options as far as filters, etc. go.

Definitely switching phones.

The Camera On this phone is much much better. However The MP3 on the 5310 has a little bit better quality. Both phones on the other are not meant for heavy texting. The buttons on the zine are pushy and the nokia's are fairly small. I would recommend the zine if you wanted my opinion.

this phone is good i like it, i got for free no rebate. it was a one day special, anyways its a good phone i flashed a unbranded firmware to it and its so much better, much faster then the tmobile stock firmware but its really good i recommend this phone. and if anyone wants the better firmware for the phone hit me up its mad easy. btw with the unbranded firmware you get 2 free games tetris by ea and sodoku, unlocks a lot of options that t-mo locked, and can install opera mini.

the call quality is good but not the sharpest and absolute clearest. it can sound a bit muffled at times but its really not a problem, the camera is also good but dont take pictures using the zoom cause it comes out horrible, and everything else is greaT!

I've had problems with this phone from day 1. The phone would always reset itself, exchanged it for another one that would freeze and then reset. I'm on my 3rd phone now. It likes to freeze up too. I love the photo's it takes... and the fact that it uses normal headphones. I'm going to sell the replacement and get a samsung behold. :D

I'm no expert, both are great phones. However, I felt that the Behold ran a little choppy, and it lacks wifi. Also, even though it has the same amount of megapixels, the Zine beats it out, the picture quality difference was noticeable, and the lag between pressing the button on the Behold and actually taking the picture wasn't just frustrating, it was infuriating.

That's all i need to know, I've been looking for a good camera phone so I won't have to carry a digital camera in my pocket when I want to take pictures.
