  • Hi Boomer, thanx for the video. I have been using the flat stretch bands that come without handles because they are easier to grip on the pushup stands and also cover more of the back, but either way works. My favorite tho is the weighted vest. Anyways keep up the good work, you look great.

  • Keep your head up looking straight ahead. It would make any pushups a little harder. Great video, very clever idea. After a lot of reps these do make a difference. I tried em out.

  • a mutch better way is to do lifted push ups...you baiscly lift your legs to a higher level then your back so that more of your own body wieight is on your hands
