This 2007 game was a blowout win for Oregon, but the frist meeting-in 2003-was indeed intense. Michiganw as down 24-6 at halftime, and the Wolverines almost came back. To bad Rivas missed that extrapoint, otherwise michigan would ahve been in aposition to send that game to voertime in the last minute, Instead, we had to go for it on 4th down, and Navarre overthrew Edwards on a post route.

You got it right, Beavers or Ducks.. Corvallis or Eugene, both are great school and have good athletics. Oregon is a great place to live, everyone is very chill especially in those two towns.
I went to that game with a couple of Michigan fans, while I was the only Duck fan in the group. Late in the game, a nearby Duck fan was loving it when a Michigan fan (completely disgusted) yelled at him to sit down. His reply: "I'm sorry, at Autzen Stadium we stand for football games"
Duck fans how glorious would this win have been if Michigan didn't lose to Appalachian State the week before and Oregon just went in to #5 ranked Michigan's house and we destroyed them! Wait a minute. the Buckeyes are 50-23-2 versus the Pac 10 and 7-0 versus Oregon. Obviously the Buckeyes dont struggle against the Pac 10 or Oregon like they do against the SEC. I wish we wouldve played Oregon in the national championship instead. Too bad about Dixon.
I'm not saying historicly the Ducks are better against the Buckeyes, I think the Ohio St is a great Football program but last year the big 10 was weak last year i was at this game and Oregon was faster at every position the big ten doesn't play well against teams like oregon, with the spread Oregon ended up being the number 4 team in the pac 10 and Michigan was 3 in the big ten, this shows how weak the big ten was last year.
Oregon hasnt been a good football program untill mike bellotti started coaching. and oregon hasnt played Ohio state when we were ever ranked or close to it. oregon is becoming a power house and Ohio state is still overrated.

I knew before this game even started that Oregon would kick Michigan's ass. Oregon's spread offense is freakin unstoppable, having one of the best QB's in Dennis Dixon and RB's in Jonathan Stewart. It's just too bad Dixon got injured later on in the season, otherwise Oregon for sure would have won the National Championship. Look, maybe the game would ahve been closer if Dixon was injured, but lets be honest here: the Ducks kicked our ass. That was by far and away the worst blowout loss for michigan in the last 50 years. It was even worse then the 34-9 loss to iowa in 2002, or even the 50-14 loss to Ohio State in 1968. This was just horrendous.
People are already counting us out this year. I think the nation is going to be surprised how good we will still be without Dixion and Stewart. The Ducks will finish #2 in the Pac Ten only behind USC.
We have the best defensive back field in the nation... and lots of defensive players returning.. On offense we have the amazing Jeremiah Johnson with JC all american LaGarette Blount .. We have the fastest player in the NCAA, Who runs a 4.18 at WR Holland with Jones running 4.2 with Ed Dickson and Jaison Williams returning..
QB can be replaced by the #1 rated JC QB or any of the other candidates..
jamere holland ran a 4.21 in the ducks camp. derrick jones ran a 4.24. but jones will not be gracing us with his ability because he's ineligable academicly. undefeated is a wrong assumption. nobody goes undefeated in college football anymore

What's funny I was terrified of Michigan after they lost to app state. I thought they would take it out on us...But they just could not defend the spread...And the QB played terrible.
Saying that I respect the Michigan program.

Im a cali kid, i want to go to this school, arn't they pack ten, also a good college/univeristy, anyways lived in oregon for two years and fell in love with it, i want to go back, but i moved back to cali, so the way ill go back is by going to college over there, this is in
corvallis,portland/Eugene area, thats where I would figure, the major colleges being..., anyways, can you think of any other good colleges, that have the same chill out feeling as this one, sponsored by nike?,I love NIKE!

You got it right, Beavers or Ducks.. Corvallis or Eugene, both are great school and have good athletics. Oregon is a great place to live, everyone is very chill especially in those two towns.

I went to that game with a couple of Michigan fans, while I was the only Duck fan in the group. Late in the game, a nearby Duck fan was loving it when a Michigan fan (completely disgusted) yelled at him to sit down. His reply: "I'm sorry, at Autzen Stadium we stand for football games"

Duck fans how glorious would this win have been if Michigan didn't lose to Appalachian State the week before and Oregon just went in to #5 ranked Michigan's house and we destroyed them! Would've looked great on the resume till they managed to beat themselves while Cal just happened to luckily be on the same field.

Michigan was in such a horrible mindset going into this game. I highly doubt Michigan gets blowout by Oregon like they did if they ahd beaten App State the week before. I'm not saying Michigan would ahve won, but it probably would ahve been alot closer then it was.

i swear if dixon wouldnt have hurt his knee he would have been heisman and they would have been in the national championship. i dont know how they wouldve done against lsu but i bet the would put up a good offense against them

Wait a minute. the Buckeyes are 50-23-2 versus the Pac 10 and 7-0 versus Oregon. Obviously the Buckeyes dont struggle against the Pac 10 or Oregon like they do against the SEC. I wish we wouldve played Oregon in the national championship instead. Too bad about Dixon.

I'm not saying historicly the Ducks are better against the Buckeyes, I think the Ohio St is a great Football program but last year the big 10 was weak last year i was at this game and Oregon was faster at every position the big ten doesn't play well against teams like oregon, with the spread Oregon ended up being the number 4 team in the pac 10 and Michigan was 3 in the big ten, this shows how weak the big ten was last year.

Oregon hasnt been a good football program untill mike bellotti started coaching. and oregon hasnt played Ohio state when we were ever ranked or close to it. oregon is becoming a power house and Ohio state is still overrated.

The final score does not reflect the level of devastation Oregon dealt on Michigan. The score easily could have been in the 60's

Wow, I'm a Vols fan but I LOVED watching Oregon play. Why can't we have that offense?It's damn shame they didn't get to the NC. I remember watching this game and I couldn't turn the channel. The fake statue of liberty was the topper. I hope they're good next year too.

I knew before this game even started that Oregon would kick Michigan's ass. Oregon's spread offense is freakin unstoppable, having one of the best QB's in Dennis Dixon and RB's in Jonathan Stewart. It's just too bad Dixon got injured later on in the season, otherwise Oregon for sure would have won the National Championship. Oh hey you guys remember a few years ago when Oregon beat Michigin in Eugene as well? lol the Ducks own the Wolverines.

Look, maybe the game would ahve been closer if Dixon was injured, but lets be honest here: the Ducks kicked our ass. That was by far and away the worst blowout loss for michigan in the last 50 years. It was even worse then the 34-9 loss to iowa in 2002, or even the 50-14 loss to Ohio State in 1968. This was just horrendous.

People are already counting us out this year. I think the nation is going to be surprised how good we will still be without Dixion and Stewart. The Ducks will finish #2 in the Pac Ten only behind USC.

We have the best defensive back field in the nation... and lots of defensive players returning.. On offense we have the amazing Jeremiah Johnson with JC all american LaGarette Blount .. We have the fastest player in the NCAA, Who runs a 4.18 at WR Holland with Jones running 4.2 with Ed Dickson and Jaison Williams returning..
QB can be replaced by the #1 rated JC QB or any of the other candidates..

jamere holland ran a 4.21 in the ducks camp. derrick jones ran a 4.24. but jones will not be gracing us with his ability because he's ineligable academicly. undefeated is a wrong assumption. nobody goes undefeated in college football anymore
