I never saw the show but to me it looks cool. Maybe ABC should try again, THIS time with a Similar format, slightly better judges (but not a spoof-like row of Idol judges) and the original format and looks. Love the host, maybe some other better things.

I did not know if I would like Kira as a judge on American Idol but after she took the stage on the finale #9 and sang her ass off in front of the stupid bikini girl, just to prove that not only could Kira out sing her but looked great in a bikini AND raised money for charity...well now, that is a real woman!

Soul is the hardest damn thing to sing. That's why season 7 only had 2 black people in the top 12 and 1 in the top 9. They did effen Dolly Parton and Beatles and Neil Diamond... Easy ish that white people can sing. Syesha was the only person good & versatile enough to do all those. If the show was about great voices, it'll be 80% black and that's giving white folks some credit.

Kara completely sucks as a judge!. Even Simon shows being annoyed by your boring fake comments since she's on American Idol. Theres nothing interesting about Kara, she's too self-absorbed too. She should stick to singing, she sings OK, but as a judge, she is making the show really dull! 3's a crowd, but 4 is way over excrutiating! SIMON!!!! HELP, get her off, hopefully by next season?

Actually, these judges do have more constructive comments than the dopes on American Idol. It's just that they don't have much charisma. Their comments just seem so cold even when they are complimenting.

This was a reality singing show called "The One" that aired back in July of 2006. Only had a few episodes, before it was canceled. Have no clue why though.

that's how it works on all other foreign versions of "idol" with 4 judges,and they usually keep almost the exact same rules for all so that's what I'm guessing.Oh,no!That's an old show from back in 2006 that the views were so low that it was cancelled after 2 episodes.Kinda ironic people just care about it cause the new judge is on it!Syesha was on it and no one said anything when she was on AI on season 7!:3 Oh,and random fyi,they'll sit at the table: Randy,Kara,Paula and Simon:3

The performances by the other contestants compared to this probably were so much less oomph. the middle judge rocked (the last one to speak) kara was spot on but connected? syesha does her own thing she's not going to connect emotionally with an upbeat chain of fools..... no wonder this show failed. lets hope she's a better judge on american idol and not making everyone have emotional performances (hear her fav. was brooke white, (who connected emotionally) just great. GO SYESHA
